The DfE's list of what academies and free schools must or should publish online, item by item. Most of it is set by the academy's funding agreement.

- Admission appeals timetableMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is its own admission authority, your website needs your appeals timetable each year, from the deadline to lodge an appeal to when decisions are sent.By 28 February each year
- Admission arrangementsMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is its own admission authority, your website needs your admission arrangements for this year and next: your admission number, how you allocate places when oversubscribed and how to apply.By 15 March each year
- Annual report and accountsMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is an academy, your website needs a link to your trust's annual report and audited accounts, which the trust publishes in full on its own website.By 31 January each year
