- Contact detailsMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your school's address and phone number, who handles enquiries from parents and the public, your headteacher and your SENCO.Keep it up to date
- Named person for SEN oversightShould: Recommended in official guidance, such as the DfE's. Not a legal requirement in itself.If you're a 16 to 19 academy, this means naming the person on your website who oversees SEN provision and makes sure support is co-ordinated.Keep it up to date
- SEN information reportMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs an SEN information report on how you support pupils with special educational needs, how you identify needs and how to contact your SENCO.Every year
