- Board agendas and minutesMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is an academy, your trust's website needs the agendas, approved minutes and papers for trust board, committee and local governing body meetings, or says how to get them.Keep it up to date
- Governance informationMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs details of your governing board, including who sits on it, how it's set up, who appointed each member, their attendance and their interests.Every September
- Staff paid £100,000 or moreMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs the number of staff paid £100,000 or more, in £10,000 bands, counting anyone paid through off-payroll arrangements.By 31 January each year
- Trust governance informationMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If you're in an academy trust, your trust's website needs its governance structure and scheme of delegation, naming members, trustees and chairs, with attendance and interests.Keep it up to date
- Whistleblowing policyMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is an academy, your website needs the trust's whistleblowing procedure or a link to it, saying how staff who report wrongdoing are protected.Keep it up to date
