- 16 to 19 bursary fund policyMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school has a sixth form, your website needs your 16 to 19 bursary fund policy, saying who can get help, what's on offer and how to apply.Keep it up to date
- Annual report and accountsMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is an academy, your website needs a link to your trust's annual report and audited accounts, which the trust publishes in full on its own website.By 31 January each year
- Charging and remissions policyMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your charging and remissions policy says what you charge for, such as trips and music lessons, and when charges are reduced or waived.Keep it up to date
- Financial benchmarking linkMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If yours is a maintained school, your website needs a link to your school's page on the DfE's schools financial benchmarking service.Keep it up to date
- Funding agreementMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school is an academy, your website needs your funding agreement with the government, or a link to the copy on your trust's website.Keep it up to date
- PE and sport premium reportMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school receives the PE and sport premium, your website needs a yearly report on how much you received, how you spent it, the difference it made and year 6 swimming results.By 31 July each year
- Pupil premium strategy statementMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.If your school receives pupil premium, your website needs this year's strategy statement in the DfE template, showing how you spend it and the difference it makes.By 31 December each year
- Staff paid £100,000 or moreMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs the number of staff paid £100,000 or more, in £10,000 bands, counting anyone paid through off-payroll arrangements.By 31 January each year
