- Accessibility plan for disabled pupilsMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your plan for improving disabled pupils' access to the curriculum, your buildings and the information you give them.Every 3 years
- Accessibility statementMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your accessibility statement says how accessible your website is, which parts aren't and how to ask for another format, following the government's model statement.Keep it up to date
- Equality information and objectivesMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs yearly equality information, plus specific, measurable equality objectives that you renew at least every four years.Every year
- Named person for SEN oversightShould: Recommended in official guidance, such as the DfE's. Not a legal requirement in itself.If you're a 16 to 19 academy, this means naming the person on your website who oversees SEN provision and makes sure support is co-ordinated.Keep it up to date
- SEN information reportMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs an SEN information report on how you support pupils with special educational needs, how you identify needs and how to contact your SENCO.Every year
- Website accessibilityMust: Required by law, statutory guidance or the academy's funding agreement.Your website needs to work for disabled people, and the standard to meet is WCAG 2.2 AA.Keep it up to date
