- Accessibility plan for disabled pupilsMustA plan for improving disabled pupils' access to the curriculum, to the school's physical environment and to information. Every school must publish one and review it at least every three years.Every 3 years
- Contact detailsMustThe school's name, postal address and telephone number, the member of staff who handles queries, the headteacher and the SENCO. Maintained schools must publish most of these and academies should, but every mainstream school must name its SENCO.No fixed date
- Named person for SEN oversightShouldThe name of the person with oversight of SEN provision, who makes sure support is co-ordinated. 16 to 19 academies should publish it. It does not apply to other schools.No fixed date
- SEN information reportMustA report on how the school supports pupils with special educational needs: the kinds of SEN provided for, how needs are identified, the SENCO's contact details and where the local offer is published. Schools must publish it and update it every year.Every 12 months
