- Board agendas and minutesMustAgendas, approved minutes and papers for meetings of the trustees, committees and local governing bodies. The academy trust must publish them on its website or make them available on request.No fixed date
- Company name and numberMustThe academy trust's registered company name and company number, shown on the school's website. Every academy's website and the trust's own website must show them, and the trust's site must also give its registered office and place of registration.No fixed date
- Governance informationMustDetails of the governing board: who is on it, how it is structured, how members are appointed, their attendance and their interests.Every 12 months · 1 September, the start of the academic year
- Memorandum and articles of associationMustThe trust's articles of association, which set out its purpose and how it is governed, together with its memorandum of association. The academy trust must publish both on its website.No fixed date
- Trust governance informationMustDetails of how the academy trust is governed: its governance structure and scheme of delegation, the names of members, trustees and chairs, trustees' attendance and the register of interests. The trust must publish these on its own website.No fixed date
